What you get

There's nothing to log into and no dashboard to learn. A short PDF and a spreadsheet land in your inbox.

Weekly address sheet

Every permit issued Monday to Sunday, with address, neighbourhood, project type, declared value and issue date. Delivered each week.

Hot-lead flags

We flag new homes of $500k and up, multi-unit builds, commercial projects of $100k and up, and any job of $250k or more.

Sorted by trade

Every permit is tagged by category: new home, basement/suite, garage, addition, reno, solar, commercial and more. Skip straight to the jobs that matter to you.

Local, not national

It covers Lethbridge only, and the data comes straight from the City's published permit records.

Questions

Where does the data come from?

From building-permit information the City of Lethbridge publishes, specifically its Open Data Catalogue. We clean it, categorize it and summarize it each week.

Do you include names?

No. The weekly sheet is address-only: it lists no homeowner, applicant or contractor names. Subscribers get full street addresses; the free public sample on this page shows block-level addresses only. Everything on it comes from the City of Lethbridge Open Data building-permit file.

How fresh is it?

Each Monday's sheet covers permits issued the previous Monday through Sunday. Permit data can be corrected after it's published, so please confirm anything important before you rely on it.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time. Just reply to any sheet.
